We strive for your complete satisfaction with our custom-made earplugs. That is why we offer a three-month fit guarantee. If the earplugs do not fit properly, we will provide a free new production with a new fitting. You then have another three months to try them out. Not satisfied? Because custom-made earplugs fit precisely in the ear canal, they generally sit better and are more comfortable than universal earplugs. Universal SwimSafe earplugs can sometimes be less comfortable or fall out of the ear. Additionally, the unique fit reduces the chance of sound and water leakage.

Absolutely! In principle, we can perform a fitting for children from around 6 years old, but if your child can sit still and is not anxious, an earlier fitting is also possible. Keep in mind that the ear canal of young children changes faster than that of adults. This means the earplugs may need replacement sooner as they begin to leak.

All of our custom-made earplugs are made from a soft silicone material. Additionally, the SwimSafe earplugs are made of buoyant material. Of course, custom-made earplugs are not meant to fall out of the ear easily, but if you do drop them, they will fortunately float!

Quality Test

We strive for the highest quality in every product. That’s why we perform various quality checks throughout the entire process, both before and after production. However, without a leak test, we cannot guarantee 100% sealing and thus the level of hearing protection at the specified attenuation. We advise making an appointment for a sealing test. This is simple, and you can make the appointment at www.alpine.nl via Make an Appointment. This can be done immediately after receiving your custom earplugs, and we recommend doing it annually.
