Our goal is your complete satisfaction with custom-made earplugs. We offer a three-month fit guarantee. If the earplugs do not fit properly, you will receive a free new production with a fitting. You then have another three months to test them. If you are still not satisfied, you can use our 'Not satisfied, Money back' guarantee.

Custom-made earplugs generally offer superior comfort compared to universal ear protection because they fit perfectly in the ear canal. Universal earplugs may be less comfortable and can fall out during prolonged use.

With WorkSafe earplugs, you can choose from 3 filters, ranging from 24 to 29 dB attenuation, suitable for various users, from DIY enthusiasts to professionals. Alpine offers a lifetime free filter replacement service for conical filters, allowing you to always adjust the attenuation to your needs.

To extend the lifespan of your custom-made earplugs, we recommend using our CleanSpray. This convenient spray cleans and disinfects the earplugs, prevents skin irritation and ear problems, and leaves no residue. Additionally, the spray dries quickly and is odorless, keeping your earplugs soft and flexible. Simply add the CleanSpray to your order at checkout.

Quality Test

We strive for the highest quality in every product. That’s why we perform various quality checks throughout the entire process, both before and after production. However, without a leak test, we cannot guarantee 100% sealing and thus the level of hearing protection at the specified attenuation. We advise making an appointment for a sealing test. This is simple, and you can make the appointment at www.alpine.nl via Make an Appointment. This can be done immediately after receiving your custom earplugs, and we recommend doing it annually.

Although Alpine does not have direct agreements with health insurers for reimbursing custom earplugs, some insurers may still offer (partial) coverage for otoplastics, such as WorkSafe Custom. Check with your health insurance provider for details. Another possibility is that your employer covers the cost of custom earplugs, especially if you work in a noisy environment. This is regulated under the Dutch Working Conditions Act.

If your profession exposes you to high noise levels, your employer must provide appropriate hearing protection, such as WorkSafe Custom. This applies to employees in construction, metal and woodworking, transport, defense, police, agriculture, and the music industry. Even in less obvious sectors, such as childcare or swimming pools, it may be necessary.
