The earplugs are custom-made, and thanks to digital production technology, the fit is extremely precise. The super-soft material ensures optimal wearing comfort, keeping the earplugs comfortable for hours, ideal when spending a whole day in, on, or around water. They are also easy to insert and just as easy to remove.

Wat goed dat je je gehoor ook zo serieus neemt. Het moet namelijk nog je hele leven meegaan. Een goede bescherming met de juiste oordoppen op maat is daarom essentieel.

1. Selecteer de gewenste oordoppen op maat en bestel ze in de webshop. Na het plaatsen van een bestelling kun je terecht bij een aanmeet locatie.

2. Na het plaatsen van je bestelling ontvang je een orderbevestiging.

3. Klik op de link in de orderbevestiging voor het maken van een afspraak bij het hoofdkantoor van Alpine in Utrecht tijdens één van onze pop ups, of bij een Hans Anders-winkel bij jou in de buurt.

4. Neem je orderbevestiging geprint mee naar je afspraak.

You can have your SwimSafe earplugs measured at the Alpine headquarters in Utrecht or at a Hans Anders store in your area. The delivery time for these earplugs is 2-3 weeks after fitting.

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our custom-made earplugs. That is why we offer a three-month fit guarantee. If the earplugs do not fit properly, we will provide a free new production with a new fitting. You then have another three months to try them out. Not satisfied? Take advantage of our "Not satisfied, Money back" guarantee.

Because custom-made earplugs fit precisely in the ear canal, they generally sit better and are more comfortable than universal earplugs. Universal SwimSafe earplugs can sometimes be less comfortable or fall out of the ear. Additionally, the unique fit reduces the chance of sound and water leakage.

Absolutely! In principle, we can perform a fitting for children from around 6 years old, but if your child can sit still and is not anxious, an earlier fitting is also possible. Keep in mind that the ear canal of young children changes faster than that of adults. This means the earplugs may need replacement sooner as they begin to leak.

All of our custom-made earplugs are made from a soft silicone material. Additionally, the SwimSafe earplugs are made of buoyant material. Of course, custom-made earplugs are not meant to fall out of the ear easily, but if you do drop them, they will fortunately float!

Quality Test

We strive for the highest quality in every product. That’s why we perform various quality checks throughout the entire process, both before and after production. However, without a leak test, we cannot guarantee 100% sealing and thus the level of hearing protection at the specified attenuation. We advise making an appointment for a sealing test. This is simple, and you can make the appointment at www.alpine.nl via Make an Appointment. This can be done immediately after receiving your custom earplugs, and we recommend doing it annually.
