Customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a three-month fit guarantee. If the earplugs do not fit properly, we will make a new pair for you free of charge, including a refitting. You then have another three months to adjust them. If you are still not satisfied, you can make use of our 'Not satisfied, money back' guarantee.

Custom-made earplugs provide superior comfort as they fit perfectly in your ear canal, which distinguishes them from universal hearing protection. Universal earplugs can be uncomfortable and easily fall out, especially with prolonged use. The specific fit minimizes sound leakage, making you more effectively protected.

The most important thing is: both earplugs provide excellent hearing protection. MusicSafe earplugs have a linear filter for even attenuation of all tones, resulting in clearer sound than with PartyPlugs. Moreover, the filters of MusicSafe are interchangeable, allowing you to adjust the attenuation as desired for different situations.

For the MusicSafe, you can choose from three different linear filters: 19 dB, 22 dB, or 26 dB. 19 dB is suitable for singers, keyboard players, concert-goers, and pub enthusiasts. We recommend 22 dB for wind instrument players, guitarists, DJs, festival-goers, and club visitors. 26 dB is the best choice for drummers, bar staff, and indoor festival attendees.

We do not have fixed agreements with health insurers regarding reimbursement for custom otoplastics, such as MusicSafe Custom. However, some insurers may cover hearing protection in certain situations. Always check your policy terms or contact your insurer. Additionally, your employer might cover the cost of custom earplugs. In some work situations, this is even required under the Dutch Working Conditions Act.

Do you work in a noisy environment? Your employer may be required to provide hearing protection. Examples of high-risk professions include: construction workers, wood and metalworkers, drivers, police officers, military personnel, farmers, DJs, and musicians. Hearing damage can also occur in less obvious places, such as sports halls, swimming pools, childcare centers, or recreation facilities. MusicSafe Custom earplugs help protect your hearing.

Quality Test

We strive for the highest quality in every product. That’s why we perform various quality checks throughout the entire process, both before and after production. However, without a leak test, we cannot guarantee 100% sealing and thus the level of hearing protection at the specified attenuation. We advise making an appointment for a sealing test. This is simple, and you can make the appointment at www.alpine.nl via Make an Appointment. This can be done immediately after receiving your custom earplugs, and we recommend doing it annually.
