Alpine MotoSafe custom-made earplugs protect your hearing by reducing engine and wind noise to a safe level, while still allowing you to hear surrounding sounds clearly. The ear molds can be fitted with interchangeable 22, 23, or 24 dB filters, allowing you to adjust the attenuation to your type of motorcycle. On the earplugs’ accessories page, you can order separate filter sets, which even make it possible to upgrade your custom motorcycle earplugs to music earplugs. Alpine custom motorcycle earplugs are available in six colors and come with a convenient storage case.

How does getting custom-made motorcycle earplugs fitted at Alpine work?
After you’ve ordered your MotoSafe custom-made earplugs, you’ll receive a payment confirmation and an email with instructions to schedule your fitting appointment. The custom motorcycle earplug fitting process works as follows:
- Visit the selected location on the day of your appointment. Make sure your ears are clean and that you bring your order number.
- Review your order over a warm or refreshing drink.
- Inspect the ear canals and place a cotton wad to close off the ear canal.
- Apply the fitting paste, which needs about 90 seconds to harden.
- Remove the paste and cotton wad, and you’re free to go home. Alpine will then use the 3D impressions to create your custom ear molds.
Approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the fitting, you’ll receive a mailbox package with your new custom motorcycle earplugs.
By adjusting the filters to your type of motorcycle, you achieve optimal protection against hearing damage from wind noise.
Custom-made Alpine motorcycle earplugs are very comfortable to wear. Thanks to the hollowed surface, the mini grip does not pinch under your helmet.
Having motorcycle earplugs custom-fitted is possible at the Op Maat shop at the Alpine head office in Utrecht, or at a Hans Anders branch near you.
Some motorcyclists need new custom motorcycle earplugs after just 2 years, while others use them for up to 10 years. This depends on how quickly the shape of your ear canal changes. The average lifespan is 4 to 5 years.
After you have visited us for the fitting, we get to work for you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. Currently, the average delivery time for custom motorcycle earplugs is 2 to 3 weeks.
Alpine offers a 12-month warranty on the material and a 3-month warranty on the fit for all custom earplugs. If you are not satisfied with the fit of your custom motorcycle earplugs, contact us within this period. You will then receive a one-time new fitting and a new set of earplugs, completely free of charge. If the second set also does not fit well, you can make use of our “Not satisfied, money back” guarantee.
